TheRiverstone Company is seeking a experienced civil engineer to work as a ProjectManager alongside our experienced staff. This position will involve managing avariety of development projects spanning across residential, commercial,industrial, infrastructure, educational, and healthcare sectors. Candidate willbe responsible for keeping current tasks within schedule and budget to fit theneeds of the project. Coordinating the work of drafting personnel, techniciansor other engineers on technical matters pertinent to project assignments. Provides technical input and collaborate with otherdepartments. Project tasks will include preparing designcalculations, design drawings and specifications necessary for construction,including stormwater management, utilitydesign, site grading, stormwater pollution prevention, and more. Tasks willalso include site visits, construction administration, cost estimating, clientinteraction, attending project meetings, and other project management tasks.

Qualifications

·        Bachelorof Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university

·        Minimumof 4 years of relevant professional experience

·        Abilityto manage project staff

·        Experiencedwith AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other similar programs

·        Strongverbal and written communication skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveyingtechniques and tools, ensuring accurate measurements and data collection forvarious projects. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience withAcad Civil 3D and the preparation of survey drawings, maps, and documents. Musthave strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work as partof a team. Must be able to Collaborate with engineers, architects, andconstruction teams to provide accurate survey information. Must be able toDevelop detailed schematics, survey reports and legal descriptions, ensurecompliance with local regulations and standards during surveying activities andResearch property information, pulling deeds, plats and various recordeddocuments.
